Most people, at some point in their lives, will experience loss. Grief is a reaction to any form of loss. Bereavement is a type of grief that involves the death of a loved one. Bereavement encompasses a wide range of feelings from deep sadness to anger. Dealing with a significant loss can vary dramatically from person to person. It often depends on a person’s background, beliefs, and relationship to what was lost.
I offer help to families, individuals, and children. I can assist with a number of issues. These include but not limited to grief, stress, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, and more.
